A small company. A focused product. A Thai-led joint venture in formation.
The platform at adkinslabs.dev was built by a single engineer over the past year. This page documents who is behind it, what is built, and what isn't yet.
Adkins Labs.
The Delaware C-Corporation that holds the platform IP. Single founder, single product, no outside capital today. Designed from inception to enter Thailand as a joint venture rather than a foreign-owned vendor — the structure documented in §04 below is the deliberate one.
How the platform came to exist.
The Thai Health Tourism Macro codebase was forked on 2026-05-13 from a mature, production-tested monorepo originally built for an unrelated sleep-medicine product. The fork was a build-time decision — multi-tenant authentication, role-based access control, threshold-driven clinical alerting, audit logging, encrypted PHI storage, and a hardened enterprise security surface were already implemented and tested. Reusing that scaffolding meant six months of foundational engineering did not need to be redone.
From the fork onward, the two products evolved independently. The sleep-medicine codebase remains a separate business with its own brand and audience. Thai Health Tourism Macro is the brand and product Thai hospital prospects, BOI counterparties, and JV investors interact with. The two repositories deliberately do not share commits.
The platform was rebuilt around Thai hospital workflows: PDPA-native consent, JCI 7th-edition standards mapped to specific code surfaces, ICD-10-TM diagnosis coding, the Thai eHealth Strategy 2017–2026 pillars as a tenant scorecard, and Asia/Bangkok timezone defaults throughout. The current MVP — live at adkinslabs.dev — is the result.
The detailed migration map is committed to the repository at docs/ENTERPRISE_RPM_MIGRATION.md. Hospital procurement teams may request the documentation pack via edward.mcnichols@outlook.com.
Who built this.
The team behind Thai Health Tourism Macro is small: one engineer, no employees, no outside capital. Here are the facts.
Sole engineer and operator of the platform from initial scaffolding through the current production MVP. Responsible for the system architecture, the multi-tenant data model, the PDPA-native consent surface, the JCI alignment mapping, the clinical threshold logic, the security and audit posture, and the partner-package narrative.
Background in software engineering and digital-product design. Not a clinician, not a Thai national, not a JCI surveyor. The clinical thresholds shipped in the platform are sourced from published guidance — WHO Surgical Safety Checklist post-op recommendations, ERAS Society consensus, Royal College of Surgeons of Thailand procedural fitness criteria — and are documented in the repository for review by any Thai clinical sponsor.
The role transitions on JV formation: an in-Thailand Country Managing Director (Thai national, hospital-side experience) is the first planned hire once a Thai principal partner joins the cap table and the JV legal entity forms. CEO of the JV is foreign-side at Effective Date with a transition to a Thai national within 24 months built into the term sheet.
No other employees or contractors today. Advisors, counsel, and the planned hiring sequence are in §04 and §05 below.
Thai-majority by design.
The operating entity for the Thai market is a planned Thai-incorporated limited company. Capital structure: 51% Thai, 49% Adkins Labs. This is the structural choice — not a workaround. BOI promotion under the Health Services and Digital Technology categories is more straightforward with a Thai-majority cap table; hospital procurement preferences favour a Thai-domiciled vendor for contracting, billing, and dispute resolution; and the Thai principal partner is on the cap table at a level that reflects the material contribution they bring — sponsorship, hospital introductions, BOI navigation, MoPH liaison, local hiring.
The 49% Adkins Labs position holds the platform IP licence into the JV and the residual upside for the founder. The IP licence is exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and subject to JV solvency and continued operation. The non-binding term sheet (with binding sections marked) is available to serious partners by request via edward.mcnichols@outlook.com.
Whose judgement gates the work.
We are not yet retained with any advisor or counsel. These positions are mapped because they should be visible to a prospective partner, not because anyone occupies them today.

Not a pitch. Not a presentation. A first conversation between two people before any commercial talk.
